Nigerian events planner Sandra Ikeji has reportedly broken the record for the most bridesmaids at a wedding after using 200 bridesmaids for her wedding train.

The sister of popular blogger Linda Ikeji married her husband on Saturday 11th January at the Landmark event centre, Lagos.

It is reported that Sandra’s wedding has broken the Guinness World Record for most bridesmaids in a wedding.

She had 32 more bridesmaids that the previous record holder Tina Ackles from the USA.

Sandra has often said that she had always wanted the longest train of bridesmaids at her wedding and she made it happen.

It is believed that she gathered these ladies from friends, family and employees of companies including a modeling agency she has run since 2004.

She also shared a photo of herself filling the application on the Guinness Record website for most bridesmaids record a few days earlier.

The younger sister to popular celebrity blogger Linda Ikeji is outraged after a caterer served the “worse food of all time” at her wedding.

Sandra Ikeji and husband Arinze Samuels tied the knot at a lovely traditional wedding in Owerri, Imo State on Saturday, December 28.

The couple had hired the services of Amanda Grace’s catering but her delivery, apparently, did not meet Sandra’s expectation, prompting the bride to call out the caterer on social media.

Sandra aside from warning potential clients of Grace to flee from her bad services also and admonished her to go back to catering school to sharpen her culinary skills.

Reacting to the bride’s claim that some of her guests purged after consuming food served at the wedding, Grace expressed her utmost disappointment in Sandra for subjecting her to public ridicule.

The caterer, who was shocked at Sandra’s attempt to crumple her business, explained circumstances regarding her client’s allegation, saying, aside from fried rice which got sour and was not served “every other food was served and we carried empty coolers home”.

There is doubt about Linda Ikeji’s pregnancy especially Kemi Omololu the Journalist. She claims that Linda Ikeji’s pregnancy is fake and she is a liar.

Read Linda Ikeji’s reply;

“Here’s the next thing I want to address. Most of the people who know me will tell you that I have a heart of gold and maybe that’s why God never stops blessing me. This woman (you know who…lol) has been trolling me for years and calling me all sorts of unprintable names which I have never responded to. But when she cried out for help last year, despite the abuses I’ve gotten from her, I sent money to her account. I harbor no hate for anyone, no matter what. And I swear I would have sent more money to her if people around me hadn’t stopped me. I just felt pity for her that she was languishing in prison and no one to help her. And not only did I send money (which I did privately and she made public), I called a few people I know to see what they could do to help bring her out of prison. No matter what, she is a woman, and I am all about women supporting women.

She wrote that I am wearing a prosthetic baby bump…lol. Like I could get away with that in Nigeria? And some folks actually believe it…lol. If I couldn’t have a child, I would proudly adopt. Proudly. I love children so much. But fortunately, God blessed me with a womb to carry my own child.
I was just hiding the baby bump until I got to my second trimester before letting you amazing people know. I could have continued hiding it to be honest but I just couldn’t keep calm…lol. I’ve had the easiest pregnancy with no swelling and no issues and I thank God.

Lastly, here’s something I want to say to everyone. I remember when I bought my house in Banana Island in 2015, many didn’t believe it. In fact one tweet said ‘If you believe that Linda Ikeji owns a home in Banana Island, I seriously doubt your higher institution certificate’. That’s how much they doubted God’s blessings…lol”

One thing about Linda Ikeji is that she keeps building everyday.

The Nigerian blogger is set to introduce her online Tv. She wrote;

Hi guys the online version of our Linda Ikeji TV channel will debut.
Why online first? Well, the world is online, so despite the fact that we are going to have a DSTV channel, having an online version of our platform was very important to me, mostly for our potential consumers who don’t live in Nigeria and have no access to cable in Nigeria, plus so many Nigerians who live in Nigeria get their content online.

Bringing our amazing content to consumers all over the world, instead of being restricted only Nigeria, was important to me. We are starting with our Nigerian content but plan expand to other African countries.

We are hoping to be to Africa what Netflix is to the world. (They have 125million subscribers and made a profit of $11billion in 2017) 😆. When we launch in May, I hope you guys will come through for your girl and subscribe to the TV channel to watch all the amazing content we have put together which includes all our reality shows, sitcoms, TV series, comedy shows, movies and so many TV shows.

In the last one and a half years, I have spent at least half a billion Naira of my own money (no bank loan, no investors) to put this TV channel together (equipment, studios, manpower/staff, producing/buying of content, rents, licensing etc). I truly hope you guys will love & enjoy our programmes, which includes Oyinbo Wives of Lagos, Gidi Girls, King Tonto, Toyin Abraham: True and Bare, Ajegunle With Love, Football Wives, Ex-girlfriends of Nigerian Entertainers, Made In Gidi, Magodo Mums and their single friend, Ice Prince: Rise and Grind, Annabel: My life as a former Nigerian stripper, Highway Girls of Eko (a show on real life prostitutes), Leading Ladies Africa, Verified, Double Trouble, How Well Do You Know Me (A couple’s game show), Gossip Court, The Report Card, Bars (a show on the Nigerian hip hop culture) Phenomenons (interviews of some of the greatest Nigerian achievers), Classics, Igwe Must Hear This, The Paranormal House on Brown Road (a sitcom about ghosts), and so many other shows.

Plus we have quite a number of TV series/dramas & movies.

Gosh, can’t wait to unveil our channel on May 22nd. 🤩
