Microsoft donated a lot of goodies to a Ghanaian school after a Facebook user commented on Ghanaian teacher Richard Appiah Akoto‘s photo of his drawing of Microsoft Word on the chalkboard.

Since the photo of him went viral, Akoto has attended the Microsoft Global Education Exchange Summit in Singapore, and has received a donation 27 laptops for his students from Microsoft.

Akoto shared the news on his Facebook page (Owura Kwadwo Hottish), that Microsoft donated 27 laptop computers, 1 projector, 1 printer, 130 mathematical sets, and 130 school uniforms to the school.

He said;

“I want to say a very big thank you to #Microsoft for what they have given to my school #BetenaseMAjhs. I really appreciate and God richly bless you all abundantly.
