Who remembers Resonance? The musical group (Esther Olaedo Ebigbo and Uche Ozoigbo) that entertained us in the early 2000 and introduced different kind of kingdom dance steps because of their great songs.
Resonance musical group was a gospel group back then that was made of two people who were reported to be cousins, it was formed in 2006 in Enugu. Esther was the singer and guitarist while Uche was the rapper. Despite their group name Esther the Nigerian-German was known as ‘E star’ while Uche was known as ‘Gucheano’
They released their album “Chinwe Ike” in 2007 which blew the minds of many especially with Esther’s unique voice. Chinwe Ike was a seven-tracked album and it was released by Resonance records. The report stated that they will no longer be recording or performing together, according to Gucheano one of the member he confirmed the news. Although he refused to give reasons of why they separated, Gucheano also confirmed his plans to kick start a solo career. Despite stating he was going solo not much was heard from him but Estar was still in the music scene she released a song in 2014 titled “Ije Love” and also has also released an album titled “Good love and Music in 2017.
